Product Description
This kind of welded wire mesh panel is made with plain steel wire welded together in square opening, then going through the hot dipped zinc coating process.
Welded wire mesh panel, or welded wire fabric is a steel reinforcement material in concrete. The mesh is used for replacing the traditional "cut & bend" and placing of steel thermo-mechanical treated bars. The mesh is an electric fusion welded prefabricated reinforcement consisting of a series of parallel longitudinal wires with accurate spacing welded to cross wires at the required spacing. Machines are used to produce the mesh with precise dimensional control. The product results in considerable savings in time, labour and money.
Application: Suitable product for constructing animal cages, enclosure works, fabricating of wire containers and baskets, grills, partitions, machine protection fences, gratings and other construction applications.
Hot dipped zinc coated welded wire mesh panel is made in accordance to English Standard normally in regard to the production and zinc coating. The finished welded mesh offer flat and uniform surface, firm structure, good integrity.
